The updates below can only be applied to existing DataKinetics for Windows installations. They will NOT upgrade the DOS version to the Windows version. The 32 bit update will NOT update the 16 bit version. Contact ASHP for information regarding upgrades.
If you have a network installation, the update MUST be run on each workstation.
To install the new version from the single file update, run the update program (eg. dk509.exe). This installation program will install the necessary files in your installed directory.
The 16 Bit Version (4.0.64) has been discontinued. There will be no further updates to this version. Please contact ASHP to upgrade to the 32 bit version.

Update to 5.0.15:
For the Palm OS and Pocket PC Versions 1.x, you MUST download and install the AppForge Crossfire Client (Booster). AppForge is out of business and the Crossfire client is no longer available.
Version 2.x of the PDA versions do not require the Crossfire Client. Do NOT install version 2.x unless you uninstall version 1.x first.
The activation key from Version 1.x will NOT work with Version 2.x. Contact ASHP if you wish to purchase a new activation key.

DataKinetics for Windows Diagnostics Program
Dkinfo.exe is a diagnostics program for DataKinetics for Windows. This program will generate a report of all files used by DataKinetics for Windows with details on versions of each file. This report is can be sent to MDK and will be used in help us diagnose specific problems.
- Download dkinfo_1.exe Diagnostic Program for versions 4.0.51 or earlier
- Download dkinfo.exe Diagnostic Program for versions 4.0.53 or later
Dkact.exe is a demonstration version reactivation program. It will reset the 30 day timer for the demonstration version. If you need the reactivate the timer, you will need to run this program. You will need to contact MDK, Inc. or ASHP for an activation key once you run the program.
