DataKinetics Year 2000 Support
Both the DOS and Windows versions of DataKinetics can handle the "Year 2000" issue. The DOS version 3.0 and greater can use a 4-digit year format. The Windows version 4.0.36 and greater also uses a 4-digit year format if Windows is configured to use this format. The Windows version uses the "short date" format as defined in the win.ini file.
Both program use dates ONLY for reference, they do not do any calculations on dates. If you enter a date in the DOS version using a 2-digit year, it will store it as a 2-digit year. If you enter a date in the Windows version using a 2-digit year, it will default to the current century.
